After "5 weeks, yes 5 weeks after being told they would come back to me soon, I had heard nothing!! I retracted my application via email to the HR lead for this role out of absolute disgust as to their lack of urgency and lack of communication and told them I was no longer interested taking part in the application any longer. Now get this - 7 days after my retraction, I received an email saying I was unsuccessful. How laughable is this?? Completely disjointed process, complete lack of engagement from hiring manager and in my opinion pretty indicative of how they behave as a company. Would I ever join this company or apply for any other positions- A CATEGORIAL NO !! There are thousands of good companies out there... swerve this one.
