Initial call with HR followed by a video call with hiring manager (VP Products and Platforms). The hiring manager talked through the process and how it would be an hour long and conversational, however it lacked any form of structure that was limiting to showcase experience. My overall perception from the call was that they were looking for a culture fit, yet it was disappointing that they couldn't describe what the culture was like at RS Group. I was told I would receive feedback within the week. No feedback was given, despite a follow up.
