Interview
The initial communications was a bit spotty but over all ended up working. I was told to come in, but not what I was in for (time it will take, how many people, etc).
I was taken up to HR and given a primer on the company. Not terribly useful as I had already learned most of it (it being the reason I applied in the first place).
I was then taken to about 3 different divisions and given an interview with one or two people at each. Over all the entire process took the entire day. Not unusual, but some warning would have been appreciated.
Overall the interview process was fairly typical for a software job, however looking back it was a bit intense for an entry level job. But I cannot fault them for wanting a more serious atmosphere. Not a hard interview, but lengthy.
For questions: there were no puzzles, just technical questions and review of prior work I had done independently and during summers in college.

Overall, the interview process was extremely arrogant.
I was asked an actual LeetCode Hard Dynamic Programming problem among other various debugging tests for an entry level position.
Word of advice: If you are going to require a FAANG level interview candidate, you better be prepared to provide FAANG level salaries. If the company was so prestigious and innovative, why did they get bought out by a defense contractor?
Applied on their website. 1 hour phone screen followed by a take home code challenge. Went onsite for 6 hours of interview with over 8 staff members.
Onsite was not too difficult but had a bad experience. Most was behavioral and questions about work you've done. 1 staff member gave a whiteboard challenge which was relatively simple to solve. 2 other asked some Java and CS questions (threading, classes, jump tables). Was told towards the end that a member thought I did not know how to code (yikes). A staff member presented bad body language (put their legs on the table) and despite their claims that they use whatever technology is best for the job; nobody demonstrated it. There is lack of diversity in their staff, building is gloomy, and was ghosted after a long onsite.
There were definitely nice staff members (5-6 out of 8) but the others really kill your confidence and make you feel not respected.

Typical team-building focused technical interview, textbook basics questions applicable to the role. Team side of process was all about personality compatibility. Hiring process was quick and easy, benefits selection was a challenge for fresh college graduate without any experiebce with Americal healthcare
