The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RaceTrac (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2009
Interview
Recieved a call after applying online about a week later. Was asked a couple simple questions like "where do you work now" and "how did you hear about Racetrac?" and then scheduled to meet one on one with the hiring manager. met in the store that i had applied to work at and just talked about previous work experience, availability, and why i was leaving my current job. Then asked "how would handle an upset customer?". then i was told about the pay and offered a job.

Interview
The interview there were two rounds one was with the recruiter and the manger of a racetrack. Overall, it wasn’t really hard but they do ask questions based on your work ethic and work availability

Question 1
If I have any other job? School? Best qualities? Availability?
Quick and painless. Very simple questions such as your previous work experience and your work to availability. They did mine in the back of a store. Before I left, they offered me the job on the spot. Very easy.
The interview process was good nothing bad and they’re very calm and nice about you getting a job there and also they work with you the best way possible and they also make sure they’re in the same page as you and they aren’t rude about anything. If you aren’t comfortable with something make sure to let them know and they will make sure you’re comfortable as possible.
