Un proceso muuuy tardado con poca informacion entre fase y fase, no se por ejemplo si sigo en el proceso o ya no. Gente muy agradable siendo empleada con un apego y amor por su compañia envidiable.

Second meeting with the hiring manager general discussion about career history, again very positive, lasted about an hour. 3rd interview was to provide a presentation based on a project worked on within the past 18 months, no so easy task given the pandemic but completed, general questions positive from 2 out of the 3 interviewers however the final result was that an offer was not made on the basis of seemingly one question “Why Rackspace?” My answer was that I wanted to join a company where I could progress gain more experienced from a large organisation and progress my career with them. Apparently the correct answer would have been for me to state what I could offer Rackspace. Please bear this in mind if taking an interview so you can do better than I.
