I applied for the position of the Salesforce admin through LinkedIn. A recruiter got in touch with after 3 weeks. He setup a phone interview for a technical discussion. The interview was very easy and the interviewer was impressed by my answer. But I had to follow up multiple times with the recruiter to get the feedback. After that they arranged second round of technical interview which went well. They infact asked me exactly same questions in the same order from the first interview. Interviewer told me that they have predefined sets of questions for the interview. I again followed up with recruiter after the second interview, he gave me positive feedback and told me that he would arrange an in-person interview but never heard back from him. This process was going on for almost 2 months. Negative experience. Waste of my time!!!
