Preliminary phone screening, followed by 3 interviews with 5 different managers (was supposed to be 6, but 1 didn't show up), scheduled for 1 hour each. They definitely did not take that long - maybe 20-30 min each max.
Prior to my interview, I completed CloudU Certification, which I recommend everyone does, because they will ask you if you did it and you don't want to be caught with your pants down.
I received a call a few days after my interview saying they loved me and wanted to offer me a position, but they had their numbers and headcount messed up for the 2nd quarter and needed to wait until July 1 for onboarding. I heard nothing for over a month. I e-mailed the recruiter I had been working with after the July 4th holiday to ask for an update. He gave me an updated (hopeful) start date for August 3. On July 20, I e-mailed asking for clarification on a firm start date and told me they didn't have one for me yet, as they are still "waiting on head count approval" for the role. I have yet to receive any sort of formal indication that I have a secure job with Rackspace at all, let alone a firmed up start date.
The entire process has been completely unprofessional and, quite frankly, alarming. Luckily I have been job searching in the meantime and not had all of my eggs in the Rackspace basket and have chosen to go another direction.
