I was approached by a SVP to discuss the potential to move to Rackspace. I probably wouldn't have considered working at Rackspace without that introduction, it made a big difference to how I perceived RS. Once I came to the office and saw the environment and met more 'rackers' I knew this was the best place to further my career and that their investment in ecommerce would make them the supplier of choice.
