Interview
Started with a 30 min background call with CTO to discuss the company and possible fit. Moved directly to (virtual) onsite, which happens in two 3-hr sessions across 2 days. The first session includes a recruiter call and a 2 hr coding challenge. I was fortunately called back for the second session, which includes a system design problem and several behaviorals with a manager and the exec team. Their final step is to take references. Everyone I spoke to at each step of the process was very friendly and open to explaining the company and their role, and they were all very passionate in exploring how I could possibly fit with the company culture and values.

Really efficient and enjoyable interview process
- First was an informal coffee chat with hiring manager
- Then a take-home programming assignment, much nicer than some algorithm whiteboard "coding" session. It was a reasonable, real-world problem that you can do on your own time and with whatever tools you normally use.
- Last was an onsite which was a few sessions (not a crazy all-day marathon), mix of technical & non technical, getting to meet more of the team at lunch, and a wrap-up with manager for questions. And I got an offer back the same day!
