I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Raymour & Flanigan in Jan 2017
Interview
Seamless and comfortable the whole way through. All the levels I met with were very enthusiastic and professional. Had really in depth conversations to not only get to know myself but the different levels of management and what drives them to succeed.
I applied online. I interviewed at Raymour & Flanigan in Sep 2021
Interview
Fairly straightforward, everyone was pleasant and the pipeline process was fast. I declined the offer after the drug testing company compromised two hair samples I submitted. R&F asked me to submit a third sample, but I already had two bare patches on my head and wasn't willing to live with a third. They gave me the option of submitting a fingernail clipping but I would have had to remove my gel nails. This process/policy failure felt excessive (and embarrassing, they wanted me to clip my nail in front of HR) for a sales management position so I moved on and accepted another offer.

Interview
Very long interview process. I went 5 times for interview thinking I was interviewing for job that I applied for, yet in the end they offer a different job. Lack of communication between managers. Bait and switch employment techniques. Based on appearance, questions asked and intelligence, people interviewing should be working at walmart,

Question 1
So tell me about yourself? Why do you want to work here? Joke!
I applied online. I interviewed at Raymour & Flanigan
Interview
Long and unorganized. I needed to contact RF several times to continue the process. I do believe that system has been replaced by more aggressive team. I believe there is not a great deal of sales turnover as so the process is designed to be slow.

Question 1
This was the easiest interview I was ever on. The management at that time was less then focused on hiring. There is a much better staff in place now. From the store level all the way up to VP.
