Phone call and a voice recording with a couple questions and then met in person and answered a few questions related to the job description. There were a few role playing questions having to do with students and tutor encounters. There was also an activity that had to do with scheduling.

Applied online, phone screen with a former AmeriCorps Site Coordinator, project and questionnaire, and in person interview. All welcoming people, passionate about the mission. The process is involved though. The questions are thought provoking, there is role-play, and you have to do a written assignment. They are upfront about the AmeriCorps status and stipend amount at all stages from the posted job description to the offer letter. The offer will be contingent on background check. Be honest with yourself and with them before accepting about whether the arrangement is feasible for you.

Met with two supervisors, both very nice. One person asked questions and the other one typed my answers on a computer. Followed up by telling me more about the position and Americorps. I also got to ask a bunch of questions.
