THEY DID A GREAT JOB OVERALL!!! Very straightforward process and interview questions. Initial interview with recruiter Amy Shook a couple months prior for a role that wasn't a fit. She reached out again for this role. Amy was amazing throughout the process (and I used to do recruiting, so I'm picky)! The entire team was friendly, engaging, professional. No crazy surprise questions. It was clear the hiring manager had strong emotional intelligence, was realistic and transparent about the role and the company's current situation. -Amy interview -Interview with hiring manager -Loop with 5 on Zoom (COVID-19 shutdown). Always tough to be on Zoom four hours straight yet overall it was a really positive experience. -Amy followed-up as promised w/in a few days, gave me feedback I requested and I was actually happy to hear they found an internal candidate that could ramp up quickly, because they just had to lay off 60 employees.
