I first had an initial conversation on the phone with the recruiter where we went over my experience, why I want to work at RealSelf, and about the role overall. Then I talked to one of the senior department heads over the phone. After that, I was offered a final round of interviews. This was a 2-hour process that took place over Zoom, where I was interviewed by 4 different people from the department.
