I applied in-person. I interviewed at Reckitt (Warsaw, Masovia) in Jul 2026
Interview
2 interviews: one with the recruiters and the other with hiring manager (HR Director). The next phase would be an interview with a senior commercial leader, but I was’t promoted into the 3rd round because I lacked analytical thinking and work speed. There was no assessments, just interviews, which were not competency based, just discussions about approach to different things and some questions about previous experiences. The process is heavily relying on discussions and is in my opinion very subjective. I received feedback where they said what was not at the expected level, which actually happen to be one of my strongest abilities, which shows how insufficiently the assessment was. If to refer to the positive sides: the people I talked to were really nice and it was a pleasure to talk to. My conclusion: nice people, but they lack efficient recruitment techniques, or alternatively they had subjective reasons to reject me, but did’t provide the real reasoning. I wish them good luck with the search. It is not easy to find a person for such a complex role, who will deal efficiently with the challenges of the role.

It was a very slow process and had to chase for feedback. The benefits seem very good however having to chase numerous times and wait left me not wanting to work for them.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Reckitt (Istanbul) in Jul 2016
Interview
Not very impressive. Hr team was not that competent. They made me to lost my interest in the company. They were mentioned about the long working hours. There is not much career development options in the conpany. The interview questions were not competency based. More like classic boring questions
