I got a phone screen with a recruiter, who seemed to care every detail in my resume. Then the recruiter scheduled a phone interview with an analyst in Reddwerks. The analyst just wanted to know if I had a simulation experience in Java. That's it. Finally, I was asked to solve a problem, which missed a lot of information. But it looked like the manager had a unique standard solution and my answer differed from their solution. So said good luck to me. Very bad impression about Reddwerks hiring process. Very focused on a particular skill and asked you to be in the same line with them. Not recommend!
