Great company to work for if you don't mind travelling

Pros

- The controls engineering group is great. Everyone is very friendly and easy to work with. They are always willing to help and answer questions. - The controls engineering management has a open door policy and actually wants you to thrive professionally. - Very flexible schedule and they are willing to work with your work/life balance.

Cons

- There is some travelling 2-3 months avg a year so if you are not the type that likes to travel I would recommend to ask not to travel as much and they will try and accommodate. - Documentation on legacy projects is very poor but the team is currently working on trying to get that up to date as much as possible. - Not everything has a set process but which at times may bring a little bit of confusion but also brings opportunity.
