I applied online. I interviewed at Redfin in Jun 2018
Interview
I applied on for the position online and received a call from the recruiter a couple of weeks later via email inviting me to interview for the position. The first interview was a Phone Screen with Recruiter, then I was invited to Interview with Manager, interview with the hiring manager. The interview lasted about 30 minutes then I interviewed for about 30 minutes remotely with a 2nd Mgr.
Starts with a recruiter, then is followed by interviews with 2-3 people including a manager, employee, then a higher positioned manager. After the interviews it is usually fairly quick that a recruiter will contact you again.

Question 1
Be prepared to give examples of how you handled work situations.
Long. Overly complicated. Talked to five different people for only about 10 minutes each and most of that was listening to them talk. Like a sales pitch. Felt like I couldn’t advocate or “sell” myself as an employee.
