Redfin interview questions

Great experience. Genuinely interested interviewers that wanted to understand both my core competencies and desire to work for the company. Travel included. Very relaxed atmosphere with down-to-earth leadership. Met with top level executives and also had an opportunity to interview and chat with potential peers. It was a 3-step process. Phone interview phase, local in-person, HQ in person.

Sent in resume with cover letter for open position, was contacted via email within a couple of days by HR recruiter to set up phone interview, was asked a few questions during phone interview, contacted within 2 days to complete a writing exercise about the local real estate market, set up in person interview at local office with two Redfin agents, interview is tomorrow!
