Very comfortable process. Overall typical interview if you are prepared. Great explanation of the company and all the different options for healthcare. They appear to be going in the right direction and keeping a great outlook on their future growth!

After applying I got a quick response asking me to schedule a "culture fit" interview which I scheduled for the following week. After completing that interview, which was a group interview with multiple candidates of the same position and others, the recruiter said that we'd hear back about scheduling a 1-on-1 interview with the hiring manager. A week and a half passed and I heard nothing. I followed up and they said they have a lot of candidates and to check my spam folder in case I missed an email. Still found nothing and another week passed, followed up again and heard nothing back. It's now been a month since that interview and the job posting is closed but I didn't receive any notification that I was declined as an applicant. Overall a very unprofessional interview process.
