A 20-minute interview with the general manager, in a private setting, it was not stressful but very relaxed. It was my first interview ever so I was nervous but he asked very generic questions- and a few questions that were in relation to selling. He handed me a stapler and asked me to "sell" it to him- describe the weight, color, design, etc to make him interested in buying, similar to the way employees upsell popcorn & drinks, etc.
