I forget exactly when I applied to Regal, but I know it was about a month or less before I got a call about an interview. The call was short, and to the point, they asked if they had the right person and if I would be interested in coming in for an interview, I told them, yes and they said the days and times they were holding interviews and asked what would work for me. We set up a date and a time, and I was then told to ask for a manager when I arrived and to have a good day. On the day of my interview, I showed up 10 minutes early, asked for the manager, signed in, and waited while they finished up with their last interview. I was then taken back into a party room and asked some general interview questions. At the end, I was told that callbacks would be tonight after they finished the last interview and I would know if I got the job or not. I waited that night and got a call at about 10:30PM (minutes after the last interview) and was told that I got the job and I start the following Monday (for orientation) and that I would receive an email with more information about orientation. I've done a few interviews before and been hired before and the interview and call back process was by far the fastest that I've seen. Great job on being efficient!
