I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Regal (Fort Worth, TX) in Jan 2013
Interview
It was for a new theater. I was interviewed by more than one person. I was young and it seemed like they didnt mind that it was my first job. Just seem responsible. Its not a hard job, its just busy work. The managers want to make sure that you will show for your shifts and actually work when clocked in
It was normal, showed up in person and got an interview with the hiring manager. They asked really simple questions and mostly seemed to want to make sure I would show up. Make sure to ask questions when they ask if you have any.
I applied online. I interviewed at Regal (Queens, NY) in Mar 2026
Interview
pretty smooth, they ask you basic questions on how i would do things in a fast-paced environment and how it makes me feel when helping a customer and how i would give them good service
It was a good interview process and I appreciated the managers approach to the interview. I enjoyed the tour of the facilities. I enjoyed working there, and liked the people that I worked with. Everyone was really nice.
