Interview
Submitted an online application on Thursday night, got a call Friday night. Hiring manager just asked me to come in for an interview that Sunday evening. The interview was very laid back. Interviewer was nice and actually pretty young, mid-twenties. I was asked questions about my personality, my strengths, weaknesses, and more importantly, my availability. You have to be willing to work weekends and holidays. Interview was very easy and I was basically hired on the spot. I'm only 17 so I had to get a work permit filled out that the interviewer gave me so as the interviewer said, "We can get you started". Got the form filled out and printed from my school's main office and went in to give it to a manager. Manager then emailed me two Regal Entertainment training videos and and my online hire paperwork. Manager told me to time myself and come in the next day to do some more new hire paperwork in person. Turns out that you get paid for however many hours it takes for you to do the paperwork. The next day I went in and had orientation an got my uniform and took some quizzes that the manager game me the answers to. Next Thursday and yeah I'm excited.
It was normal, showed up in person and got an interview with the hiring manager. They asked really simple questions and mostly seemed to want to make sure I would show up. Make sure to ask questions when they ask if you have any.

pretty smooth, they ask you basic questions on how i would do things in a fast-paced environment and how it makes me feel when helping a customer and how i would give them good service
It was a good interview process and I appreciated the managers approach to the interview. I enjoyed the tour of the facilities. I enjoyed working there, and liked the people that I worked with. Everyone was really nice.
