I applied online then got a call in a month. The first interview I had with a manager and he asked me questions about my schedule flexibility and previous experience. Got a call before I even made my way home to come in for an interview with the GM this interview lasted about an hour and was just laid back conversation of how you feel people should be treated.

What previous experience do you have? What hours are you available? What is your favorite movie? Why is there fuzz on a tennis ball? What does customer service mean to you?
It was normal, showed up in person and got an interview with the hiring manager. They asked really simple questions and mostly seemed to want to make sure I would show up. Make sure to ask questions when they ask if you have any.

pretty smooth, they ask you basic questions on how i would do things in a fast-paced environment and how it makes me feel when helping a customer and how i would give them good service
It was a good interview process and I appreciated the managers approach to the interview. I enjoyed the tour of the facilities. I enjoyed working there, and liked the people that I worked with. Everyone was really nice.
