The overall process of the interview was very straight to the point. The branch manager knew exactly what she was looking for in a potential employee and was very forth coming about her expectations of the Relationship Banker role and what is to be expected working at her branch.

They are very friendly and different in personalities. They want energetic people with good customer service experience and team players. Also they want reliable agents and make sure that they complete a full training process before being certified as a banker.
