Interview
The whole process was super enjoyable and the people were a pleasure to work with.
Consisted of 3 rounds.
1. Initial phone screening: Was contacted by an in-house recruiter who was very friendly. The chat was relaxed and I was asked questions to get a better feel for what I've done, what I'm doing and what I'm looking for next.
2. Video Interview: This interview was purely technical, they asked pretty easy to intermediate questions regarding networking, Windows and SQL.
3. On-site Interview: Roughly 3-4 hours long. This was the most challenging interview. The questions were focused around their "Core Values" to see if your values align with theirs. In essence, the questions were situational, as in: "have you ever had a time where this happened, what did you do when that happened, what would you do better, how did you prevent or resolve an issue" and things of that sort. I highly recommend studying their core values extensively before the on-site interview.
All in all, I was comfortable throughout all stages of the process, it allowed me to be myself and answer questions without feeling pressured. The people were very professional and the experience was the best in the game. Their culture and dynamic is phenomenal with tons of opportunities to grow and develop your career, which is why their turnover rate is so low.

Interview
I applied through an employee referral. First, I had a very casual conversation with a recruiter about the role and what I'm looking for at this point in my career. Shortly after, I set-up a 45-minute technical video interview with a manager. This video interview consisted of various troubleshooting questions regarding windows and simple SQL queries.
I was invited to an on-site interview that was set a week after the video call. The first two 45-minute interviews I met with 1 person each time and consisted of situational/behavioural questions that relate to their core values, which are listed on their website. The last interview I met with 2 managers for 1 hour who go through your resume and ask insightful questions about each role listed on it. The day ended with meeting with the recruiter I had been working with throughout the process.
