I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Relativity (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Talked to them at a career fair. Interview on campus. Coding challenge. Interview on-site.
Campus interview was pretty textbook. Some basic coding questions and some SQL queries if you listed that on your resume. Also asked to talk about a past project.
Onsite interview is pretty long with zero breaks
first session they ask you some basic programming (focusing on OOP) in your preferred language, ask you some SQL queries if you listed that on your resume, and then they ask you to explain your submission for the coding challenge. Asked about past project again.
second session was software design/testing. they give you an already implemented web app and ask how you think they implemented it. then they ask how you would implement a different project that they describe. then compare and contrast the pros and cons of possible implementations. finally, they ask about how you would go about testing the software (especially in the security aspect).
third session was with the manager. this session was 90% behavioral. I was asked what my "dream" was. Asked about my past project a 3rd time.
fourth session was giving a summary of how I felt about the previous 3 sessions.

The second session was pretty difficult for me because I had no computer security background whatsoever. Really helps to know how SQL/JS injection works.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Relativity
Interview
A basic video interview with white boarded questions and then then coded in a language of my choice. The interviewer was genuine and willing to help me learn as I was coding. Overall a very relaxed interviewing style as I worded through the problems as they were given to me.
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Relativity (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2016
Interview
Applied in October of 2015 for kCura's summer internship program. I was asked to complete a digital interview in January. One week later, I was asked to complete a coding project which took me about 5 hours from start to finish. About a week later I was invited for an onsite interview which the company covered all travel expenses, including flight, hotel, food, mileage, etc. The onsite interview consisted of four interviews: 2 behavioral and 2 technical.
About two weeks after my onsite interview, I received an offer.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Relativity (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2015
Interview
One interview on my campus (half technical, half behavioral), a coding challenge, and an on-site interview (a few technicals, and a few behaviorals). Lindsay is incredibly friendly and helpful! kCura's environment seemed positive -- relatively flat, small teams that seem close-knit. Engineering Managers seem to know their teams very well.
