Interview
Initially met with HR, spoke for 10 minutes and the recruiter said ok I will suggest that we move forward. I asked if he could tell me more about the job and then he started reading the job description.
About 2 days later I was asked to provide free time over the next week for back-to-back 3 hour interviews, I was interested in the company so I provided the availability despite having no info on the job itself.
I didn't hear anything for 6 days and then I received a response saying I was confirmed for a slot in 36 hours. Like most people schedules change including mine and I replied I couldn't make that time and I also suggested meeting with the manager FIRST so I can understand the role BEFORE I invest 3 hours of my time.
A week went by before HR finally responded saying ok sure, I'll set up time with the manager.
I met with the manager and it went well as I was asked if I was interested in the role therefore assuming there was a mutual interest.
Finally had the 3 hour interview which was back-to-back with 4 people asking standard questions which I thought went well.
I sent a thank you email and heard nothing for a week, I sent a follow-up email and then I got a generic thanks but no thanks email. No feedback
Extremely disorganized and a waste of time.

Interview
I had a screening with HR, then a meeting with the hiring manager. I got to the next stage, which was 4 calls with different folks working on the project. Around 20 days later, I got an automated rejection e-mail from their Workday instance and no feedback, which was promised by the hiring manager. Don't bother.
First phase is a interview with HR. Second interview was with hiring manager from US. I had a positive feeling after both interviews with HR and hiring manager. Ghosted after all, without any feedback.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Relativity (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2024
Interview
I had a phone call with the recruiter, then had a 45 minute interview with the hiring manager. They asked me some typical Product Management questions and about my experience. The role was a bit technical so they asked me some questions about how to scale compute architecture. Then I had 3 interviews with the team. These were just to see if I was a culture fit and also to understand a bit more about my experience. They asked me what my process would be to implement compute architecture features. Then I had a final round with the Director of Product with questions about my experience and basic PM questions.
