The recruiter initially reached out to me on LinkedIn, and we had a great introductory call. After that, though, they went quiet for a while. Once I followed up twice and submitted my application, the recruiter finally got back to me with a rejection, which was fine. But then, a week later, she called again to reject me a second time. Their recruiting process is so disorganized. What a joke.
