      Pros

      If you want to work in a fast-paced environment, then ReliaQuest is for you! One of my favorite parts of working here is how quickly you learn (not only professionally, but also personally) - there's always something new to tackle, and you're trusted to take ownership and real responsibility early on. The pace is challenging in a good way, and it's been a get place to build skills, especially since I'm early on in my career. Management and leaders at ReliaQuest genuinely want to see you succeed and progress in your career. Growth and development feel like a consistent priority and you're supported with the resources, guidance, and opportunities you need to level up. I would recommend ReliaQuest to anyone who is looking to grow, be challenged, and step out of their comfort zone.

      Our fast-paced environment isn't for everybody, but it is for the people who are ready to take on new challenges and be pushed to grow in ways you would never even imagine.

      Great people, but difficult to see a long-term future.

      Pros

      Great people, strong exposure to leadership, and opportunities to take on meaningful work early in your career.

      Cons

      * Career growth and promotion expectations lacked clear, defined benchmarks. * Responsibilities expanded significantly over time without the same progression in title, compensation, or support. * The environment often felt reactive, with shifting priorities and frequent organizational changes. * In my experience, it was difficult to fully disconnect while on PTO, and there wasn’t always a sense that employees could openly discuss workload or concerns without hesitation. * The company attracts talented people, but retaining them appears to be an ongoing challenge.

      A Company That Recognizes and Develops Top Talent

      ReliaQuest has been a phenomenal place to work. One of the biggest things that stands out is how much the company invests in people who are willing to grow. It’s rare to find a company that promotes Business Development Representatives within 10–12 months, but here, hard work and development truly get recognized. If you’re willing to make yourself uncomfortable, apply feedback, stay adaptable, help others, and keep the right mindset, it will pay off. Management sees that effort and rewards it. It’s definitely not an easy job, but nothing great comes easy. What I’ve learned here in about a year is honestly what I believe would have taken me 3–5 years to learn somewhere else. ReliaQuest sees high-potential employees and genuinely wants to invest in them.

      Cons

      The role can be challenging and fast-paced, so it requires a lot of adaptability and resilience. It’s not an easy environment, but that also creates strong growth opportunities. It's also because of the industry in general!
