I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Relias
Interview
Initial contact was very prompt. First step was the IQ test, which I am unsure how that applies to the job itself. Next, phone interview which was scheduled quickly and went very well. Then you're asked to complete the IQ test live in front of someone. After completion, you're told follow-up will happen once hiring managers review your profile. I reached out after not hearing anything for a few weeks and was asked to complete the IQ test again. After completion, I was again told I should hear something in the coming week. That was a month ago.
It seems like there is a bit of disconnect between recruiting and hiring managers. It shouldn't take this long to move throughout the interview process.
They seem like a great company, but lack of response from recruiting is discouraging.
I have not been advised that they would not like to move forward with me or they would to date.

Question 1
Tell us about a time where you went above and beyond to assist a customer.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Relias in Jun 2016
Interview
Phone interview with third party recruiter. Scheduling was quick, easy and efficient. Discussed knowledge of and interest in the company. Reviewed areas of responsibility and experience. Discussed accomplishments. Interviewer was more interested in whether I know other people they can contact for the position. Ended abruptly when I said I did not.

Question 1
Do you know anyone else that may be interested in this job?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Relias (Cary, NC) in May 2016
Interview
I applied online and it took about a week for them to get back with me. The first step is an IQ test of sorts. Answer as many questions as you can in 15min even if you guess on some, there are 50 total. That was enough to be contacted for a phone interview. They push for candidates who keep up with the IT world so I would suggest subscribing to few tech articles and being ready to share something you learned from it during the interview. Wasn't offered to interview on site, like others on this site have said, they seem to be very specific with who they want.
