RemoFirst People Partner interview questions

I had two rounds of interviews, the first stage was with the Chief of Staff and the second stage was around 2 weeks later with the co-founder. They were competency-based interviews at both stages, including discussions about my experience. Unfortunately, despite requesting feedback - I never heard back from Remofirst. I am aware the position was filled only because I have seen the new hire on Linkedin. In the day and age of enhanced candidate experience, ghosting is not a good enough standard to hold oneself to, and therefore, not having my time valued and respected ultimately has left me with a very negative impression.
