We appreciate your feedback and advocating for your experience as a candidate! It’s a great reminder of how important it is to nail the basics of candidate experience. We always want to ensure our candidates have a positive experience regardless of the outcome.
We sincerely apologize that our team did not get back to you as promised. We scanned our candidate response times in the last quarter and found they were, on average, 48 hours if anyone in our team has interviewed a candidate. The longest was 6 business days. If you fell in the latter timeframe and that felt too long, we know we can do better!
To your point about being a start-up and doing everything at once. You nailed it! We are unapologetically in the start-up phase of ResQ. And we recognize that building a startup is very hard. Turning vision into reality in a fast-growing environment takes superhuman effort. Every day there are new sets of challenges to be solved at an unprecedented speed. It’s not for everyone, and it’s not forever for some folks. And that’s ok!
