Pros

I initially joined because of the flexible and convenient schedule, which made the role easy to manage. The coworkers were genuinely supportive when I started, and the HR team and CEO were approachable and open to conversation, which helped create a welcoming environment early on.

Cons

There is a noticeable level of office politics, and job security can feel uncertain. The company experienced significant layoffs, which created ongoing anxiety. While some managers may appear supportive on the surface, recognition for extra effort is limited, and feedback does not always feel genuine or consistent.
