Interview
The interview experience with Results was awesome! The process was streamlined and did not take long (perfect for someone like me that was available to start asap). I connected with Carla and Andrea; I loved their energy and transparency. They were so welcoming and a great first impression. One thing that stuck out to me the most was their interviews were only via phone-call. I thought this was a great approach to combat unconscious bias from the hiring process and a way to support equal opportunity. I look forward to being a part of the team!
