Retool Designer interview questions

Before my interview, I came to Glassdoor and found another review for a design role noting a strange interaction pattern of reaching out and getting ghosted. That review is unfortunately somewhat in line with my own experience. While my last interaction with the recruiter went well (ending with the recruiter explaining a timeline & the next steps), I was then ghosted. While I was initially very excited about Retool, this experience negatively impacted my impression of the company.
