Phone interview, take home assessment, video interview with a member of the team. Pretty standard culture fit and career goals type of questions, we discussed the company and product, and then the interviewee said great I'll let you know who you'll be meeting with next.
2 days later I got a standard rejection email. Very bizarre and impersonal considering I spent hours learning and completing their assignment!

I went through four rounds of interviews including a hiring manager screen, take home assignment and presentation, second presentation, and final on-site. The company completely ghosted me after the final round. It was completely unprofessional to not even send a generic rejection email after all of required of a candidate in the interview process
took about a month overall, recruiter phone screen, hiring manager interview , take home project + mock demo. Very straightforward process and the team was super communicative throughout, I was never left wondering where I stood or had to follow up multiple times for updates
