3 steps in the interview process. First is the phone screen, second was a written assessment in which you answer a prompt as if you were a community support engineer (e.g., as if you were answering a question on the forum). Final round is composed of 3 sets of interviews. The technical is mock office hours, you are asked questions about troubleshooting issues with the Retool product. That is followed by questions in regards to cross team collaboration (specifically when working with product and engineering), the last interview would be a wrap up with the manager.
The technical was more so of "average" difficulty mostly because I am not familiar with using Retool. The more experience you having using it, then the more likely it will be "easy" for you.
