They have by far the worst recruiter I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Recruiters have the easiest jobs by far, and he somehow took a week to ever respond and get in contact with me. On top of that, I accepted the offer before their limit but had some clarifying questions to which they then retracted the offer. Never have I had such a bad hiring process with a company. On top of that, despite my extensive experience, especially as a top performer they refused to pay me what I was worth given reviews from other reps. They pay the same amount to every rep despite experience and performance, then wonder why they only get recently graduated students. Their reasoning was that the other reps were in other states, but even the cost of living percentage of Utah compared to New York and California is not as large as the pay difference they were offering compared to the reviews. Their recruiter was the worst recruiter I have ever worked with. I interviewed with him in November over the phone, and he never called, so I emailed him and he said he left a VM which I never received despite my voicemail box being completely empty. We eventually got in contact and did the screening, but I was rejected. And then the recruiter from a recruiting agency they hired, reached out to me and I interviewed with her and she said management would love to interview me so I know that it was their recruiter that said or reported something incorrectly.
