OMG - absolute garbage. If this is how they recruit people, I can't even imagine what it's like to work there. I applied for the BDR role and was asked to complete a worthless assessment (CCAT) on a Friday. The recruiter emphasized how "even the CEO even had to do it" (okay if that's the case, then fix the damn process and get rid of the assessment??). I didn't do it over the weekend so on Monday the recruiter messages me to let me know that they're still interested in interviewing me, I just have to do the assessment. So I do it the same day. Since then, silence. Nothing. I looked today and the job has been removed from the company website.
