Bar Raiser - A review of your career to ensure alignment with Revolut’s values. Team Fit - A call with your potential line manager to ensure you can work well together.

Very structured process, only smart people can go through. The interviewers were quite good. There are different rounds of interview - from HR screening, problem solving, skills interview and bar raiser interview. All rounds except HR round are difficult and preparation is must.

Screening call where points from resume was asked. Mostly revolves around HR questions. Followed by aptitude test with multiple quantitative and pattern matching questions. Although the test went well did not receive any feedback.
