The person who was doing the interview wasn't paying full attention and was still working, otherwise it was ok. The questions weren't too taxing. the overall process was long however

Question 1
Can you give an example of a time you received bad feedback? How did you respond?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Revolut in May 2022
Interview
Shocking. You get approached by their in house recruitment team then have to go through an 6 or 7 stage interview process with an array of different managers who just seem nosy about who Revolut are thinking of hiring. It does feel like they are hiring for talent and not necessarily the role you apply for. I got to final interview but then told the role had been recategorised and pay was 30% less than advertised. What a waste of time and beyond that I don’t think there’s a good culture - gut feeling but I could sense problems on the horizon.

Question 1
General competency based questions. No real direction or focus on role or current business challenges
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Revolut (Paris) in Jun 2023
Interview
Quite un respectful process. You have a test and three interviews (and a HR prep interview each time). The bar raiser interview the interviewer was not listening and made me repeat my answers several times. So many interview to send you an email to say no without any feedback… Respect the time of your applicants.
