Interviewed with the Executive Director. He talked a lot. Very sales-y. Seemed like he enjoyed hearing himself talk. I am not sure why it took 2 hours? He was very pushy for answers.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Revolution Technologies (Melbourne, FL) in Sep 2019
Interview
Straightforward and to the point with some typical questions. They asked me about my strengths and weaknesses, asked why I wanted to work there, and if I was willing to stay for roughly 2 years.

Interview
I was reached out to via LinkedIn and had a few scheduled calls with managers. I thought the interviews went well and I was told I’d be hearing about following steps. I never got a call back, so I called and emailed to follow up. I never got a response, and was left in the dark. Absolutely terrible and pathetic professionalism. For a company that deals with people all day long, you’d think there’d be better transparency and communication. What a shame.

Interview
Interviewed in person, then had to harass the hiring manager consistently until he would make a decision. I saw him do this with many people thatg interviewed, seemed like he waited to make sure they didn't accept with them then take something better.
