Revolution Technologies Recruiter interview questions

I was reached out to via LinkedIn and had a few scheduled calls with managers. I thought the interviews went well and I was told I’d be hearing about following steps. I never got a call back, so I called and emailed to follow up. I never got a response, and was left in the dark. Absolutely terrible and pathetic professionalism. For a company that deals with people all day long, you’d think there’d be better transparency and communication. What a shame.

I was approached by a manager after seeing my resume online. I had a short 30 minute conversation over the phone regarding the opportunity and the my background. Afterward, I was invited onsite for a formal interview. For the interview, you will meet with two managers to discuss the opportunity. You will speak with the management team for between 30 minutes to an hour. During this time, one of the manages will speak and sell you on the position. It was more of a sales pitch than an interview. They will ask you a few questions regarding experience and competitive spirit. If it goes well using the right buzz words, you will speak further with the owner of the company. This is another sales pitch about the company, position, and the endless amounts of money you can make. Very little is asked about yourself, and they use it as an opportunity to sell the company.
