I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Reward Gateway (Birmingham, England) in May 2016
Interview
Sent online application, was then contacted by email and asked to do a video interview..
This consisted of getting an email, where you click a link which opens in an app you need to download. You are then asked questions and have around 30 secs to digest the question and then 90 secs to answer, but there is no option to review or re record your answers so you need to get it right first time. I was told in email there would be four questions but it was actually five.
I can't recall all the questions but nothing too complex. I chased them up after a week and was told that they would not be taking my application forward.
Who process felt a bit impersonal...

Question 1
How would your friends describe you?
Tell us about a time your learnt something new and how you approached it?
Thank you so much for the feedback, we are in the process of overhauling our whole video interview system from start to finish, so candidates get a very human 360 view of Reward Gateway globally. Apologies that the process took that long too, I'd love to connect with you on Linkedin and learn more about your job search and what we can do to better our process.

Other Engagement Manager Interview Reviews for Reward Gateway
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Reward Gateway (London, England) in Apr 2011
Interview
My boss had just been hired to recruit a team and he went through my CV with me. He then asked me my ideas about the job and put me in some situations that I would be in. He then brought in another manager impromptu who asked a few questions about how I would tackle the role.
Having since devised an interview process for this company I have to stress they are a lot more rigorous now - I organised group tasks and assessment mornings alongside a few rounds of individual CV-based interviews!
