Interview
The interview process was very casual and a great way to get a good vibe for the company culture.
I was invited for a coffee where I had the opportunity to have a really open and honest chat about the company, the role and my previous experience.
Two days later I had a more formal interview in the office and, although suffering from a hideous cold and having barely any voice at all, it again felt more like a chat than an interview and I was offered the job on the spot.
I worked for a week and was then given 3 weeks off to get married. Everyone was very supportive and understanding and it was a great way to get my feet wet!
