First I received a call by their in house Talent Manager, I was then invited for a technical face to face interview with two lead developers, both of whom seemed highly experienced. A day or so later, I was invited for the next stage. The next stage was an interview with Head of Development and the CTO, this was more of a culture fit. A couple of days after the final interview, I've received an offer. Their office was nice, the benefits were unlike I've anything I've seen in any other company, but I wanted to work remotely four days a week after half a year, and they weren't able to accommodate for that, so I had to decline the offer. They could do 1-2 days a week remotely, which is still better than most other companies. Overall, I've found the interview process fairly quick and efficient. 15 mins for the initial phone screening 1.5h - 2h for the take home assignment, which was a lot better than the online time limited coding tests that most other companies do 1h for the first stage interview 1h for the second stage interview If I had an easier commute and didn't require that many remote days, I would've definitely accepted the offer.
