Normal. 2 people. No more than 30 minutes. The problem was not the interview. The point is that the work environment was not good at all. You had no chance to have your ideas heard, and the management style was not something I was comfortable with.

I applied online. The process took about two weeks. I received a phone interview and had a MS teams interview scheduled the follow week. It was quick - about 30 minutes, and I was told I'd hear back by the next week. I never heard anything, and a month later the posting was closed, so ghosting is common.
