Ricoh Field Support Representative interview questions

I was called by a Site Manager one day after he had found my application. I had a few follow up phone reviews and I was supposed to go meet with him, but that didn't happen, he just onboarded me instead! I was ok with it.

Panel style interview. Basic questions including biggest challenges along with strengths and weaknesses. A lot of the questions were directed towards my past experience. Unfortunately, I did not have any so I had to rely on my education for the most part. The interview consisted a lot of them describing Ricoh and all of the services that they can provide corporations. Most responses reflected past experiences that I dealt with adversity and aspects of my personality that I consider to be my strengths.
