Right At School Area Manager interview questions

I applied online and was contacted just a day later to interview. A phone interview was set up for the following week. The recruiter never called me. I reached out via email and didn't receive an answer until the next evening stating they were supposed to assign a different recruiter to call me and forgot. I declined rescheduling. It seemed to me if they couldn't make a screening phone call work, I don't want to work there.

I went though the process of a phone interview with a recruiter, and then a video interview with the person who would be my direct supervisor. I was told that I was being passed along to the next step of the process, which would be a peer interview. When I hadn’t heard back about a week later, I followed up in hopes of scheduling. I was told by the recruiter that they had decided not to move forward with my application—which is fine, but why lie? Or at least send a follow up email to let me know that they had changed their minds about me as a candidate. If I had not reached out to follow up, I would have never heard back! They were planning on blowing me off. Unprofessional to say the least. I see it as a blessing now, as I can’t even imagine how employees are treated if this is how they treat prospective employees.
